1. Our approach
TalkScrolls is built to collect as little as possible. We do not track you across the web, build advertising profiles, or sell your data.
2. What we collect
- Account: your username, email address, and password (stored hashed).
- Content: the posts, replies, comments, tier lists, and squads you create.
- Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and basic server logs (e.g. IP address) needed for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, show your content, send service notifications, keep the community safe (moderation and abuse prevention), and process Premium payments when enabled.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and where required by law.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; some content may be anonymised where needed for integrity.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and only as long as needed afterwards for legal and security reasons.
